At Roark, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your adventure didn't fit quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an instant exchange for a different size, color, or style.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
